Phang Siew Chin graduated with her LL. B (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in year 2012 and completed her Pupillage under the guidance of Mr. Chang Hong Yun in Messrs Tay & Partners. She was called and admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 5 July 2013. Siew Chin commenced her practice in Messrs B.H.Gan, Nor & Kim, where she was given the chance to practise and hone her skill in the area of banking litigation, conveyancing, banking and project property development.
Siew Chin is a firm believer that to give her client’s the best legal advice and services, she needs to consistently upgrade her skills and to further enhanced her knowledge to be on par with the leading lawyers in the industry. With that in mind, Siew Chin enrolled herself back to law school in year 2014 and pursued her Master of Law in University of Malaya (UM). Siew Chin obtained her LL.M from University of Malaya in year 2016.
Siew Chin left Messrs B.H.Gan, Nor & Kim and joined Messrs Shui-Tai in year 2019 where she works closely with Mr. Tung Ghee Meng. Siew Chin is well-versed in conveyancing, commercial, banking, and corporate advisory works. She has been actively advising corporate and individual clients on varieties of transactions involving the same since year 2013.
Siew Chin’s experience included handling
· sale and purchase of real estates, estate management and execution, tenancy, lease and etc;
· varieties of high value commercial agreements and etc;
· corporate advisory works on reinstatement of company, share sale agreement, joint venture agreement, due diligence and etc; and
· banking transactions from retail loan to commercial loan for both conventional loan and Islamic facilities.
